Cucumber Cooler Mocktail Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 tbsp Whole Leaf Aloe Juice
- 2 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger Root
- 8 oz Club Soda/Soda Water
- 1/2 Fresh Lime
Directions:
Begin by removing the skin of your cucumber. You can either juice your whole cucumber if you have a juicer or blend it in your blender. Add the cucumber juice to your shaker cup along with 4 tbsp Whole Leaf Aloe Juice, ½ of a lime squeezed, and add ½ tsp of grated ginger root to your shaker.
Put the lid on and shake for 5-10 seconds, making sure all the juices are incorporated before adding the carbonated soda. Next, add 8 oz Club Soda or Soda Water to the juices and ginger. Finally, pour into your cocktail or martini glass and garnish with 2 fresh mint leaves, and enjoy!
