Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are shipped from our corporate warehouse in Denton, TX. Currently, all orders are sent via FedEx One Rate throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, but not Puerto Rico. We are not shipping international orders at this time. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. However, Saturday delivery is available through FedEx. Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours of receipt. Our offices are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day following, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. No orders will be processed or shipped on holidays or weekends.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your originally purchased product and either request a refund (less your shipping fee) or replacement within 30 days of receipt. This policy is only applicable to products purchased directly from If you bought a product from a different retailer or authorized seller, please refer directly back to them for their policies.

Please have your order number and product with you for faster service. You will receive information on how to return your product(s) to us.

Replacements may be requested for the same product purchased, or of one that is of equal or lesser value of price. Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement to be shipped.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method provided at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be fully processed.

If you receive your product damaged, please send images to LO*********@li*************.com prior to returning them for our records. Damages must be reported and emailed within 48 hours
of receipt.

Lily of the Desert reserves the right to verify information, validate proof of purchase, and request damaged products to be returned in order to process refunds and replacements. We also reserve the right to deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuses of return policies.

Any requests for replacements or refunds made past 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
