According to the US Census, approximately 31 million Americans claim Irish heritage. No wonder dozens of cities across the country proudly host well-attended festivals and parades each year. It’s a holiday enjoyed by the Irish and non-Irish alike to recognize a vibrant culture steeped in rich traditions.

What Makes This Mocktail So Lucky?
You won’t find any shamrocks or four-leaf clovers in this recipe, but we have included significant health benefits. These powerful ingredients are sure to put a smile on the face of any leprechaun!
Spinach is an immune and energy booster thanks to high levels of iron and magnesium. It’s loaded with bone-protecting nutrients, including calcium and vitamin K.
Cucumbers have a high water content (about 95%) which supports hydration. Their fiber also helps with regularity.
Coconut water, another hydration builder, is high in potassium (which aids in lowering blood pressure). It also helps control acne and kidney stones.
In addition to its vibrant flavor, Ginger has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and antioxidant properties and may help lower cholesterol.
Mint has been credited with relieving stress, alleviating allergy, asthma, and cold symptoms, and supporting weight loss.
Lastly, aloe vera has many health benefits for your body. It supports your immune and digestive systems, helps reduce toxins, and promotes better nutrient absorption.
